Spinach Egg Squares

Ingredients
12 eggs
2 cups fresh spinach chopped finely
Red bell pepper, cubed
Mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & pepper
Optional: chilli flakes
Method
Preheat oven to 350F.
Line muffin tin with liners.
In large bowl, combine eggs and whisk .
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Pour into muffin tins, dividing event across 12 liners.
Bake for 30-35 minutes and enjoy!
