Spinach Egg Squares

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Total: 40 minutes


Ingredients

12 eggs

2 cups fresh spinach chopped finely

Red bell pepper, cubed

Mushrooms, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt & pepper

Optional: chilli flakes

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Line muffin tin with liners.

  3. In large bowl, combine eggs and whisk .

  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

  5. Pour into muffin tins, dividing event across 12 liners.

  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes and enjoy!
